VENUE RULES TO BE UPHELD BY THE CLIENT
This includes planners, vendors and guests.

Rental Time = Access time to the building. You are responsible for adhering to the rental times you have reserved and paid for. Overages will incur additional charges.

The use of tacks, nails, screws, staples and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the venue as you found it.

Glitter, rice, confetti, etc., are prohibited inside or outside the venue.

No sparklers or open flames of any kind are permitted. This includes cold sparklers.

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Guests are requested to use the designated outdoor area located at the back of the building.

The use of smog machines is prohibited. They will trigger our fire alarms. Failure to comply can result in a False Trip Fine imposed by the fire department. You will be solely responsible for paying this fine.

The sale of alcohol is not permitted unless it is provided by a licensed vendor. If alcohol is provided (not sold) to the guests, then a licensed vendor is not required.

You are responsible for ensuring that alcohol is not served to minors and monitoring your guests' consumption and behavior. Please act responsibly and respectfully toward the venue and its surroundings.
